Holman Road, Oakland

The original yard was a steeply sloping, under utilized spaced with difficult access, old patio, crumbling walls, dried grass and over grown plantings.  It was remodeled to include a cutstone patio and firepit, staircases, bocce court, built in benches, retaining walls, native and drought tolerant plantings, irrigation, lighting and new deer fencing.  Now the deer peer in from the outside and hummingbirds fly around the yard.  It is a lush, inviting space for the entire family (and new dog) to enjoy.
